  11. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  12. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  13. various hardware and software environments into which Vista NetMail!
  14. may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
  15. PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
